1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1.2 If you are using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
2.2 By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- (a) You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or that has been designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.
- (b) You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- (c) You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Platform.
2.3 The Platform is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where such use would be illegal. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. User Accounts
3.1 You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform, including but not limited to publishing content, recommending websites, and managing your publisher profile.
3.2 When creating an account, you agree to:
- (a) Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- (b) Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- (c) Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
- (d) Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.3 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
3.4 The Platform may offer account features that allow you to interact with other users. Such features may include the ability to follow other users, comment on content, express preferences (such as likes or favorites), and send messages. These features may be introduced, modified, or discontinued at any time.
4. User Generated Content
4.1 The Platform allows users to submit, post, publish, and display content, including but not limited to articles, cryptocurrency website recommendations, referral links, profile information, and comments ("User Content").
4.2 You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the operation of the Platform.
4.3 You represent and warrant that:
- (a) You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.
- (b) Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
- (c) Your User Content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
4.4 The Platform may introduce features that enable users to interact with User Content, including commenting, liking, favoriting, and sharing. These features may include moderation tools and user reputation systems.
4.5 We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, or remove User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, our Content Policy, or applicable law.
5. Publisher Responsibilities
5.1 Users who create publisher profiles and submit content to the Platform ("Publishers") agree to the following responsibilities:
- (a) Publishers must provide accurate and truthful information about themselves and the websites they recommend.
- (b) Publishers must clearly disclose any material relationship with third-party websites or services they recommend, including affiliate or referral relationships.
- (c) Publishers must not submit content that promotes fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities, including but not limited to Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, or phishing websites.
- (d) Publishers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their content and any claims made within it.
5.2 Publishers may earn commissions or other compensation through affiliate referral links in accordance with our Affiliate Disclosure. Publishers must ensure compliance with all applicable laws regarding affiliate marketing, including but not limited to FTC guidelines in the United States and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions.
5.3 The Platform may offer premium plans, advertising opportunities, or sponsor campaigns to Publishers. Participation in such programs will be subject to additional terms provided at the time of enrollment.
6. Referral Links
6.1 The Platform allows users to share referral links to third-party cryptocurrency websites and services.
6.2 We do not guarantee the validity, availability, or legitimacy of any third-party website accessed through a referral link.
6.3 Referral links are provided for informational purposes only and should not be construed as an endorsement or recommendation by us.
6.4 Publishers are responsible for ensuring that their referral links comply with applicable laws and regulations, including disclosure requirements.
6.5 The Platform may track clicks on referral links for the purposes of attribution, analytics, and commission calculation.
7. Third Party Websites
7.1 The Platform indexes, organizes, and displays information about third-party websites submitted by users. We do not own, operate, or control any of the third-party websites listed on the Platform.
7.2 We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information regarding third-party websites.
7.3 Your use of third-party websites is solely at your own risk. You should review the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.
7.4 We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of or reliance on third-party websites discovered through the Platform.
8. Cryptocurrency Risks
8.1 The Platform discusses and provides information about cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and related services. Cryptocurrency investments carry inherent risks.
8.2 You acknowledge and agree that:
- (a) Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative.
- (b) The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate significantly and may result in total loss of investment.
- (c) Regulatory changes may affect the legality or value of cryptocurrencies.
- (d) Blockchain networks and cryptocurrency services are susceptible to security breaches, hacks, and technical failures.
- (e) Past performance of any cryptocurrency or service is not indicative of future results.
8.3 You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging with any cryptocurrency, service, or platform.
9. No Financial Advice
9.1 The content on the Platform, including articles, website recommendations, and user submissions, is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice.
9.2 We are not registered financial advisors, brokers, dealers, or investment advisors under any securities laws or regulations.
9.3 Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, or invest in any cryptocurrency, token, or financial instrument.
10. No Investment Advice

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

11.2 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- (a) Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
- (b) Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- (c) Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.
11.3 We do not warrant that the Platform will be compatible with your devices or software, or that the Platform will be free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- (a) Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.
- (b) Service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
- (c) Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services.
- (d) Damages arising from your use of or reliance on any content, third-party websites, or referral links.
- (e) Damages arising from cryptocurrency transactions, investments, or trading activities.
- (f) Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
12.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
12.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
13.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CryptoReferralHub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:
- (a) Your use of the Platform.
- (b) Your User Content.
- (c) Your violation of these Terms.
- (d) Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- (e) Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
13.2 We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
14. Copyright
14.1 We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.
14.2 If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please follow the procedures set forth in our Copyright Policy to submit a DMCA notice or equivalent copyright claim.
14.3 We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
15. Intellectual Property
15.1 The Platform, including its look and feel, design, layout, graphics, logo, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to CryptoReferralHub and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
15.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
15.3 The name "CryptoReferralHub" and related logos are our trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
16. Account Termination
16.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
16.2 Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
- (a) Violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or Content Policy.
- (b) Engagement in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
- (c) Requests by law enforcement or government authorities.
- (d) Extended periods of inactivity.
- (e) Technical or security issues.
16.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may, but are not obligated to, retain copies of your User Content for archival purposes.
16.4 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 11, 12, 13, and 15.
17. Governing Law
17.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
17.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, with the arbitration to be held in Panama City, Panama.
17.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or confidential information.
17.4 If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
18. Changes to Terms
18.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
18.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
18.3 If you do not agree to any modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and terminate your account.
