CryptoReferralHub ("CryptoReferralHub," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to maintaining a safe, transparent, and trustworthy community for all users. These Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines") apply to all content and activities on the Platform, including articles, comments, website recommendations, publisher profiles, referral links, and any other user-generated content or interactions.
Violation of these Guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

1. Our Commitment
1.1 CryptoReferralHub is a platform for discovering, sharing, and discussing cryptocurrency websites, services, and educational content. We believe in transparency, honesty, and mutual respect.
1.2 We are committed to:
- Providing a safe environment for users to share information about cryptocurrency services.
- Preventing fraudulent, deceptive, and harmful content from appearing on the Platform.
- Protecting users from scams, misinformation, and malicious actors.
- Fostering constructive discussions about blockchain technology and cryptocurrency services.
- Enforcing these Guidelines consistently and fairly.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
The following types of content and activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. This list applies to all user-generated content, including articles, comments, website submissions, publisher profiles, referral links, and any other form of user participation.
3. Spam
Prohibited:
- Automated or bulk posting of repetitive content.
- Unsolicited promotional content not related to cryptocurrency or blockchain topics.
- Excessive self-promotion without meaningful contribution to the community.
- Links to irrelevant or low-quality websites for the purpose of search engine manipulation.
- Generating artificial engagement through bots, multiple accounts, or paid upvoting schemes.
- Posting the same content across multiple categories or listings.
Allowed:
- Genuine, informative content that provides value to the community.
- Relevant promotional content clearly labeled and in compliance with applicable disclosure requirements.
- Unique and thoughtful contributions to discussions.
4. Scam Websites
Prohibited:
- Recommending or linking to websites known to be fraudulent, deceptive, or operating scams.
- Promoting websites that impersonate legitimate services (phishing).
- Advertising websites that collect user funds without providing promised services.
- Promoting "rug pull" projects, exit scams, or other fraudulent schemes.
- Directing users to fake exchanges, wallets, or investment platforms.
Allowed:
- Educational discussions about known scams for awareness purposes, provided they are clearly labeled.
- Reporting suspicious websites to the moderation team.
5. Ponzi Schemes
Prohibited:
- Promoting any scheme that pays returns to earlier investors using funds from newer investors (Ponzi schemes).
- Promoting pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing programs that focus primarily on recruitment rather than product sales.
- Promoting high-yield investment programs (HYIPs) that promise unrealistic returns.
- Advertising any "get rich quick" scheme related to cryptocurrency.
Allowed:
- Informational content discussing the mechanics of Ponzi schemes for educational purposes.
- Warnings and alerts about known Ponzi schemes operating in the cryptocurrency space.
6. Fake Giveaways
Prohibited:
- Promoting fake cryptocurrency giveaways that require users to send funds first ("send X to receive Y" schemes).
- Impersonating celebrities, companies, or influencers in giveaway promotions.
- Creating fraudulent airdrop or token distribution campaigns designed to steal user funds or private keys.
- Linking to fake giveaway pages that request wallet private keys or seed phrases.
Allowed:
- Legitimate airdrop announcements clearly linked to verified official sources.
7. Malware and Harmful Content
Prohibited:
- Distributing or linking to malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any other malicious software.
- Sharing links to websites that automatically download harmful files.
- Posting code snippets designed to compromise user security.
- Promoting phishing kits, exploit tools, or hacking services.
- Engaging in any activity that could compromise the security of the Platform or its users.
Allowed:
- Security research and educational content about protecting against malware, provided it does not facilitate harm.
8. Illegal Content
Prohibited:
- Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
- Promoting illegal activities, including but not limited to: money laundering, tax evasion, sanctions violations, or terrorist financing.
- Content related to the sale of illegal goods or services.
- Promoting unregistered securities offerings or unlicensed financial services.
- Content that violates export control laws or economic sanctions.
Allowed:
- Discussions about the legality of cryptocurrency in different jurisdictions for informational purposes.
9. Copyright Infringement
Prohibited:
- Posting content that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others.
- Republishing articles, images, videos, or other copyrighted materials without attribution or permission.
- Using trademarked logos, brand names, or designs in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
Allowed:
- Brief excerpts or quotations used for commentary, criticism, or educational purposes (fair use / fair dealing).
- Linking to external copyrighted content rather than reproducing it.
10. Hate Speech
Prohibited:
- Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hostility against individuals or groups based on:
- Race, ethnicity, or national origin
- Religion or belief system
- Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
- Age, disability, or medical condition
- Immigration or refugee status
- Using racial slurs, hate symbols, or derogatory language.
- Promoting genocide, violence, or human rights abuses.
- Denying or minimizing historical atrocities.
Allowed:
- Respectful discussions about policy, regulation, and legal topics related to cryptocurrency.
11. Harassment
Prohibited:
- Targeting individuals with abusive, threatening, or intimidating behavior.
- Stalking or following users across the Platform with malicious intent.
- Doxxing (publishing private or identifying information without consent).
- Coordinating harassment campaigns against individuals or groups.
- Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances.
- Using the Platform's features to bully or intimidate others.
If the Platform introduces features such as direct messaging, commenting, or user-to-user following, these rules apply equally to all such features.
Allowed:
- Constructive criticism and respectful disagreement.
- Debating ideas, services, and strategies without personal attacks.
12. Adult Content
Prohibited:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
- Sexually suggestive imagery, language, or descriptions.
- Links to adult websites or adult-oriented services.
- Content that sexualizes minors or promotes child exploitation (will be immediately reported to law enforcement).
- Any content that could be considered obscene under applicable law.
Allowed:
- Educational content about blockchain applications in legitimate adult industries, provided it is clearly labeled and not explicit.
13. Fake Reviews
Prohibited:
- Submitting fake or fraudulent reviews of cryptocurrency websites or services.
- Posting paid or incentivized positive reviews without disclosure.
- Posting negative reviews to harm competitors without legitimate experience.
- Coordinating review brigades to manipulate the rating of any service.
- Impersonating users who have used a service to leave reviews.
Allowed:
- Honest, first-hand reviews based on genuine experience with a service.
- Reviews that disclose any material relationship with the reviewed service.
14. Misleading Referral Links
Prohibited:
- Sharing referral links without clearly disclosing the affiliate relationship.
- Masking or obfuscating referral links to hide their nature.
- Implying that clicking a referral link is required to access legitimate information.
- Using misleading anchor text or descriptions for referral links.
- Promoting referral links for known scam or fraudulent services.
Required Disclosures: Publishers sharing referral links must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable laws, including FTC guidelines in the United States.
15. Publisher Responsibilities
15.1 Publishers (users who create profiles and submit content) have additional responsibilities:
- Ensuring all submitted content is accurate and truthful.
- Clearly labeling sponsored content, affiliate links, and promotional material.
- Responding to user comments and questions in a professional manner.
- Maintaining up-to-date information about recommended websites and services.
- Complying with all applicable laws regarding affiliate marketing and content publishing.
15.2 Publishers may manage followers, receive comments, and interact with their audience if the Platform introduces such features.
16. Moderation Policy
16.1 We employ a combination of automated and manual moderation to enforce these Guidelines.
16.2 Automated Moderation:
- Content may be automatically scanned for known spam patterns, malicious links, and prohibited content.
- Automated filters may flag or remove content that violates these Guidelines.
- False positives may occur; users can appeal automated moderation decisions.
16.3 Manual Moderation:
- Our moderation team reviews reported content and user behavior.
- Moderators have the authority to: remove content, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts.
- Moderation decisions are made based on these Guidelines, applied consistently.
16.4 Moderation Principles:
- We aim to be transparent about moderation actions.
- We strive to apply these Guidelines consistently.
- We consider context when evaluating potentially violative content.
- We respect freedom of expression within the boundaries of these Guidelines.
16.5 The Platform may introduce community moderation features, including user reporting tools and reputation systems, to assist in maintaining community standards.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
17.1 We reserve the right to take appropriate action for violations of these Guidelines, ranging from content removal to permanent account termination.
17.2 Enforcement Actions May Include:
- Warning: Notification that specific content or behavior violated these Guidelines.
- Content Removal: Removal of specific articles, listings, comments, or other user content.
- Temporary Suspension: Limited-time suspension of account privileges, including content submission and community interaction.
- Permanent Termination: Permanent removal of the account and all associated content from the Platform.
17.3 Factors Considered in Enforcement:
- Severity and frequency of the violation.
- Intent (inadvertent vs. deliberate violation).
- History of prior violations.
- Potential harm to the community.
- Legal obligations.
17.4 Repeat violations will result in increasingly severe enforcement actions, up to and including permanent termination.
18. Appeals Process
18.1 If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may appeal by contacting us at support@cryptoreferralhub.com.
18.2 Appeals must include:
- Your account username.
- Description of the moderation action being appealed.
- Explanation of why you believe the decision was in error.
- Any supporting evidence.
18.3 We will review appeals and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Appeals decisions are final.
19. Reporting Violations
19.1 If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, please report it:

- In-App Reporting: (If available) Use the report feature on content or user profiles.
19.2 When reporting, please provide:
- Link to or description of the violative content.
- Username of the user responsible (if known).
- Brief explanation of why you believe it violates these Guidelines.
19.3 We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Reporter identities will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.
20. Changes to Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated guidelines on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified guidelines.
