CryptoReferralHub ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a platform for discovering and sharing information about cryptocurrency websites, services, and educational content. This Content Policy explains what content is permitted on the Platform, what content will be removed, and how to report violations.

1. Scope of This Policy

1.1 This Content Policy applies to all content submitted, posted, or displayed on the Platform by users, including but not limited to:

  • Publisher profiles and biographies.
  • Articles and educational content.
  • Cryptocurrency website recommendations and listings.
  • Comments and discussion posts.
  • Referral links and affiliate links.
  • Images, logos, and other media.
  • Any other user-generated content.

1.2 This policy supplements our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other policies governing the Platform.

2. Allowed Content

2.1 The following types of content are welcome on the Platform:

Cryptocurrency Information:

  • Educational articles about blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance.
  • Guides, tutorials, and how-to content related to cryptocurrency services.
  • News and analysis about the cryptocurrency industry.

Website Recommendations:

  • Submissions of cryptocurrency websites and services that the submitter has personally used and believes provide value.
  • Honest reviews based on genuine user experience.
  • Categorized listings of cryptocurrency services (exchanges, wallets, DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, etc.).

Publisher Profiles:

  • Professional biographies and credentials.
  • Portfolio links and social media handles.
  • Information about the publisher's expertise and content focus.

Community Interaction:

  • Constructive comments and discussions on articles and listings.
  • Questions and answers related to cryptocurrency topics.
  • Sharing of relevant resources and information.

3. Prohibited Content

3.1 The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

Fraudulent and Deceptive Content:

  • Content promoting scams, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent investment opportunities.
  • Fake giveaways, phishing links, or deceptive promotions.
  • Impersonation of individuals, brands, or organizations.
  • Misleading or false claims about products, services, or potential returns.

Harmful and Malicious Content:

  • Malware, viruses, or links to harmful websites.
  • Content designed to compromise user security or privacy.
  • Phishing attempts or social engineering schemes.

Illegal Content:

  • Content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Content related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
  • Unregistered securities offerings or unlicensed financial services.
  • Content promoting illegal drugs, weapons, or other prohibited goods.

Infringing Content:

  • Content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Republished content without proper attribution or authorization.
  • Use of brand logos or names in a misleading manner.

Abusive and Offensive Content:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
  • Threats, intimidation, or bullying.
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
  • Content that promotes violence or self-harm.

Low-Quality and Disruptive Content:

  • Spam, repetitive content, or content with no informational value.
  • Affiliate links without proper disclosure.
  • Excessive self-promotion without meaningful contribution.
  • Content primarily designed for search engine manipulation.

4. Content That Will Be Removed

4.1 We will remove content that:

  • Violates any provision of this Content Policy, our Community Guidelines, or Terms of Service.
  • Is reported by users and determined to be in violation after review.
  • Is found to be fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Is required to be removed by applicable law or court order.
  • Poses a risk to the safety or security of users or the Platform.

4.2 We reserve the right to remove content at our sole discretion, even if it does not explicitly violate these policies, if we determine it is not in the best interest of the community.

5. Editorial Standards

5.1 We encourage all users, particularly Publishers, to adhere to the following editorial standards:

Accuracy:

  • Verify information before publishing.
  • Cite sources where appropriate.
  • Correct errors promptly when discovered.
  • Do not knowingly publish false or misleading information.

Transparency:

  • Clearly disclose affiliate relationships and sponsored content.
  • Distinguish between factual reporting and personal opinion.
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest.

Quality:

  • Use clear, readable language suitable for an international audience.
  • Provide substantive content that offers value to readers.
  • Avoid clickbait headlines or exaggerated claims.
  • Use proper formatting, spelling, and grammar.

Respect:

  • Respect the privacy and rights of others.
  • Engage in constructive discussion and debate.
  • Avoid personal attacks and ad hominem arguments.

6. Sponsored and Promotional Content

6.1 Sponsored content is content that a third party has paid to have published on the Platform. Such content must be clearly labeled as "Sponsored," "Paid Partnership," "Advertising," or similar.

6.2 Promotional content submitted by users must comply with the following requirements:

  • Clearly disclose any material relationship with the promoted product or service.
  • Ensure promotional claims are truthful and substantiated.
  • Not misrepresent the nature of the promotion.

6.3 The Platform may offer advertising opportunities, sponsor campaigns, and premium promotional features. These will be subject to additional terms provided at the time of enrollment.

7. Publisher Profiles

7.1 Publisher profiles must contain accurate information about the publisher.

7.2 Profile images and biographies must comply with the content standards in this policy.

7.3 Publishers may include links to their personal websites, social media profiles, and other relevant resources.

7.4 The Platform may allow publishers to build a follower base, receive comments, and engage with their audience through future features such as follower counts, comment sections, likes, and direct messaging.

8. Articles and Educational Content

8.1 Articles should provide value to the community through education, analysis, or discussion of cryptocurrency-related topics.

8.2 Articles must not contain prohibited content as defined in Section 3.

8.3 Articles containing affiliate links must include appropriate disclosures as required by our Affiliate Disclosure.

8.4 Articles that are predominantly promotional or lack substantive content may be removed.

8.5 Authors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their articles. We do not independently verify factual claims made in user-submitted articles.

9. Website Recommendations and Listings

9.1 Users may submit cryptocurrency websites and services to be listed on the Platform.

9.2 Submissions must include accurate information about the website, including its name, URL, category, and a brief description.

9.3 Submissions should be based on genuine experience with the website or service.

9.4 We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that:

  • Appear to be fraudulent or deceptive.
  • Are submitted by users with a conflict of interest (without disclosure).
  • Contain inaccurate or misleading information.
  • Promote services prohibited by this policy.

10. Comments and User Interactions

10.1 Comments on articles, listings, and profiles must comply with this Content Policy and our Community Guidelines.

10.2 Comments should be relevant to the topic and contribute constructively to the discussion.

10.3 The following types of comments are prohibited:

  • Spam, self-promotion, or irrelevant links.
  • Harassment, personal attacks, or abusive language.
  • Misinformation or unsubstantiated claims presented as fact.
  • Off-topic discussions that disrupt the community.

10.4 If the Platform introduces features such as comment replies, likes, favorites, or user mentions, these interactive features will be subject to the same standards as comments.

11. Reporting Abuse

11.1 If you believe content on the Platform violates this Content Policy, please report it:

11.2 When reporting, please provide:

  • A direct link to or description identifying the content.
  • The username of the user who posted the content (if known).
  • The specific policy you believe is being violated.

11.3 We will review all reports and take appropriate action. Reporter identities will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.

11.4 We may not be able to respond to every report individually, but we will investigate and act on all valid reports.

12. Content Retention After Account Closure

12.1 When an account is voluntarily closed or terminated, we may retain certain content for the following purposes:

  • Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.
  • Enforcement of our Terms of Service.
  • Preservation of community discussions and reviews.
  • Security and fraud prevention.

12.2 We will retain the minimum amount of content necessary for these purposes and will anonymize or remove content where possible.
